Dear team I'm really hurt by you.. I had my first account last year everything was ok then somewhere around Nov and December I deleted my account due to personal reasons .. I recently went back opened an account under the same username , email , phone number it worked for about a week then I get an email saying my account has been permanently deleted because of some account zeezain . That's not even mine and just like that my subscription was gone a whole r200. Used only for a week.
So I pay a subscription but I can't send messages that I want. Your subscription is high but the user experience is TRASH! I paid for the subscription, I should do what I want. What's the point of paying for something you can't even use.
Even as a subscriber you can't chat unless the person you want to talk to is also a subscriber. Pay all this money I should be able to write to whomever and whatever I want without being censored by the people running the app.

I agree entirely with David Stewarts review, it is almost impossible to cancel my membership from this site, i must have joined a dating site but i do not remember which one, so i am still having money taken from my bank account and i cannot remember what for. if Ben is going to answer this review could he please can you please cancel for me or tell me how to do it thank you

I am surprised they even have a review of 2.8? As a new member for 3 days i have been brothered and offended several times asking for my ID and further ask me for a selfie stating time and my name. Really, your service is not even that great, it's crazy you think you can demand users like this including charging high fee and threat to shut down for us wanting basic basic service is to connect with other kiters. Sick! I have screenshots for the proof.
